We had our club tourney out of Boliver landing today. 13 boats showed up, it was a pretty cold windy start.  Water around Boliver landing was 66 degrees and nasty tea color. Not much debris to speak of. My report is pretty simple, i ran up by the dam where the water was cleaner and flipped a black and blue jig all day long. I had 11 keepers and broke a couple off. most the fish were either in a pocket or on a point. Most of them were on the edge of the bushes so you didnt have to get way up in there. I couldnt get bit in the stained water where we launched some other guys did and sounded like some were caught on top too.  They were eating the jig so good i never put it down. My best 5 went 14.4.  Fun day, I was pleasantly surprised since i dont spend much time up there
