Cape Fair 12-30

I started late - not a good idea. I tried lots of stuff and lots of places and I struggled. Transitions, bluffs, Rock slides on bluffs, chunk rock, channel swings, pockets - all sucked. Shakey heads, jerk baits, jigs, Ned rig, - all sucked. I caught 3 on a rock crawler and all where shorts. Water temp was 52-53. Still had fun and I will be out again soon.

That’s not the kind of report that I want from you.  I am going to be down there tomorrow morning maybe just looking around but hopefully fishing some.  Scott and Brad put Mega Live on my boat today.  I’m busting a gut to actually have a look at it in person instead of just videos.

I plan to do a bunch of driving and scanning.  If I see something that looks good I hope to mark it and kake a few casts but mostly it’s getting a feel for Mega Live.

I figured it will take months to get comfortable with it,  good maybe never.
