I messed up. Planted Cabbage, knowing bugs want to hit it soon as in the ground.

I had a bag of Seven in the shop. Never use it but figured it would be good on my Cabbage.

Found out afterwards it’s was for the yard not garden. My wife says eat them but I’m thinking it is one of those when in doubt throw it out.

Never got my load of dirt. Just been too wet to get any. Clock is ticking away so I just went ahead  picked up some stuff to make my own  mix.  Made 55 gallons on Tuesday, and will make another 110 gal at a time  next week when it warms up .

Soil tested the first batch and it has everything a plant needs to thrive and a nice pH of 6.8.

Pepper plants are around 8" tall now and I put them in  1/2gal pots and they will live there until the next transplant, and the tomato plants are just about 5",( slow growing because it's been chilly in the garage at night where I have them) and  are still living in their little solo cups.

Onions and lettuce are fine and growing good. Radishes just sprouted this week.

Threw down some carrot seed about 4 days ago.

Typical MO weather here.  Chance of Frost anytime until May usually. I'm going to throw a tarp over everything and put weights on it so the 40+ winds don't blow it away 😲

Normal Missouri weather supposed to be 80’s next week.
Got some cured Hog to clean up.

These go out in May.
