I always hated skinning them things, but your hands were always soft afterward.  Wool is hard on a blade.

It’s funny. I could have had it cut and done.

These guys make a cut scratch their back side. Discuss it, check with You Tube, discuss some more, decide the cut is right.

I agree that looks rather large for a lamb.  How many years old was that thing?  I had my wife's 3 year old yews butchered.  They didn't look any bigger than that one,

Don’t know it seems plenty tender.

I thought we was to do the other but my Son is going to do it.

You figure a Lamb now would be about a year old.

He didn’t know a .22 Magnum would shoot .22L.R.
