Oh the lawyers will have a ball with that one.    👍 

I'd love to see how that plays out.  

Plumbers and artists use propane torches too.  Accidents happen.....this is why they pay for insurance, is it not ?   They'll never prove that the guy intentionally committed arson.   

Are candles allowed in the building?

Yeah, I don't see them collecting the $2 million.  And a lawyer should have argued that he was NOT cooking the squirrel on the balcony, just burning off the hair.  But if done right blowtorch cooked squirrel is probably delicious.🤢
