oneshot 1 Posted August 28, 2022 Posted August 28, 2022 When IBC filed Bankruptcy I was afraid I was going to lose my Pension. I didn't but know some that did. Had a friend call last night from Colorado worried about losing Social Security. Right now if I lost it I wouldn't be happy but would know it is what it is and go on. My friend if they step back and look they are in very good shape. First off their house is paid for. But this person has always depended on getting money without working. The house was given to them by the Government. They tried saying they was Native American so they could get that money. They hit Casinos regularly. They Panhandle. But to them if they lost Social Security it would be the end. Oh they are Disabled drawing off the Father. oneshot
MOPanfisher Posted August 29, 2022 Posted August 29, 2022 I doubt that Social Security will collapse. Whatever political party that is in charge if it happened would be wiped out. And they ain't gonna let their power go without a fight.
oneshot 1 Posted August 29, 2022 Author Posted August 29, 2022 You know for a long time I've heard it was going broke but I have yet to hear anything like this about Welfare. oneshot
MOPanfisher Posted August 29, 2022 Posted August 29, 2022 Going broke and going away are different to the Government. fishinwrench 1
tjm Posted August 29, 2022 Posted August 29, 2022 With a debt of over $30,809,000,000,000 the government is beyond "broke". Deadstream 1
