2# or equivalent tippet size is always recommended in low flows for anything under and indicator.

I have had days where I was catching fish on 4 lb tippet and switched to two and doubled the catch rate. Broke off twice as many too 😆

 I may switch to two if its really tough. Im throwing streamers in the dark that morning may just do that all day 😆
