Steve McBasser Posted March 14, 2023 Posted March 14, 2023 Gary and I put in at Hideaway again on Monday and ran to the muddy water we caught 'em in on Friday of last week. The bass were still there and this time we caught a few that were a little better size. We fished from 8am to 6:35pm so we had time to put a few more in the boat this trip. Red/Orange crank baits in the mud seemed to pay off the best but we did catch a few on a grub and a ned rig as well. It was 26* at the ramp when we took off and after a couple of very cool nights 52.8* was the warmest water we could find. That north wind piling in cold air all day was brutal, but the fish bit good enough we put up with it. Hope you guys are getting to fish too..... Bassin4fun, Lvn2Fish, MarkG52 and 5 others 8
Bill Babler Posted March 14, 2023 Posted March 14, 2023 That is a much nicer set of green fish. Thanks for the report. Got one similar from a buddy. They really want the olive/ green cranker with the orange hat and shoes. Quillback 1 http://whiteriveroutfitters.com http://whiteriverlodgebb.com
