Went to Baptist Camp and walked downstream and then fished my way back to the parking lot.  Fished from 12:30 to 4:00. Caught 15 total, 13 browns and 2 rainbows. Most everything came on a Jack Daniels, size 16.  I run a tandem rig with one being a 3.2 mm bead and the other a 2.4 mm bead.  The weather was perfect.  Middle of February and I didn't need a coat.

Congrats on a great trip. I always loved fishing the Current in Feb. Often decent weather and the river mostly to yourself

February fishing.  No ticks.  No chiggers.  No snakes.

All pluses in my book as well 😁. Though I have seen my share of watersnakes in Feb. Also loved late March and April when the turkey gobbling would echo from the bluffs.
