Ultrex Trolling Motor - Not sending full power

I've been having issues with my Ultrex lately not sending full power. I have new batteries and have tested the batteries.  I've made sure there isn't any fishing line wrapped up in my prop.  Any ideas or help is appreciated.

Might be the “board”.  Mine was replaced under warranty but it was in the first year I owned it.

Make sure that your connections to the battery are really good.

Some of the issues might be conmoverse on a silent recall. My Ultrex was 5 years old and I just had work done and parts of that were covered by a silent recall. 
i wasn’t getting full voltage to TM, but I had some wiring issues. I also had bad sensor in the foot pedal which was covered by the recall.

Thank you for the info.  It came with the boat when I bought it but I'll look into the board.

It was a common problem the year I bought mine.  2017
