I was working at the Bakery, Farming and Winter I was running Traps.

Seems they changed hours in a day because people anymore can't find extra hours but on a weekend.

That's funny I had good Union Job at the Bakery but I worked 7 days a week, worked Holidays and no Vacation. 

I tried bidding off the Job and got the bidding. Boss called me to the office I know you got the bidding but I can't let you have it because there isn't anyone that can do your Job. I tried getting a Supervisor Job but couldn't get it.

But they paid me $10 extra for working weekends. Double pay for Holidays, Double pay for Vacation, plus I could Drink and smoke. 

I was Dough Mixer Boss told me there was only two in the United States that knew their Job and I was one of them.

I Retired they quit making Variety Breads.
