Cotter access again 5-16

I waded the Cotter walk-in access this morning and had decent fishing. Very few caddis coming up this morning, so I think the hatch is about over in this part of the river. Cracklebacks were the best fly. Ended with 25 to the net including this nice brown. Looks like SWPA is going to start releasing more water this weekend.
