Quillback Posted April 1 Posted April 1 Don't know if anyone saw it, but MDC is proposing to set up a brush pile reservation system for Saturdays only. Basically, you can download the app and pay a $5 fee and reserve a brush pile for your exclusive use on any given Saturday. MDC will supply a map showing where these brush piles are located. So far, just a proposal and they are looking for feedback. Link below will get you to the survey. BTW this is only for Table Rock. snagged in outlet 3 Posted April 1 Posted April 1 They sure needed it this past weekend! 850 boats in tournaments is just ridiculous. There's a spot in the cove in front of my condo that all the guides and others hit using FFS. I don't know what's out there but it gets pounded to death. The weekend before there were 4 boats out there circling around taking turns on that spot. I watched for a good half hour and not one fish was caught. Even through the rest of the day I bet 10 boats hit that spot. Quillback 1
Members Xraydude Posted April 2 Members Posted April 2 Almost had me! Had my response all written out: “don’t fish my dock, don’t fish my brush! Good one! Quillback 1
Champ188 Posted April 3 Posted April 3 Looking at it two days after April Fools, you had me going. I was trying to picture a $100K bass rig with a jersey jock driving up to some old hillbilly crappie fisherman and telling him he's gotta move coz I have that brushpile reserved. That glitter rocket would likely end up with a couple of lead-puncture wounds. Quillback 1
