Anything For Route 66

Just watching where Hammons Stadium is renamed Route 66 Stadium.

It is basically a New Stadium it wasn’t even thought of when everyone was using Route 66.

Dang I’m old I remember when you parked at the Square in Springfield. Then Battlefield Mall was built. Now they are talking about closing.

Route 66 in Springfield was a big part of my life growing up.

Wait until you see the Stargate roundabout they are building at St. Louis street and Glenstone. 
 

There is some good coming from this 66 celebration though. They have been everywhere cleaning this place up. Now if they could find a place for the bums to go we would be in business.
