  1. Awesome stuff!
  2. That Classic at Grand was the best thing to happen to that lake. Before that the quality of ramps was subpar at best. Wolfe creek is a nice facility other than its super shallow at times.
  3. I do believe that if we were all independently wealthy and fished every day we would be good sticks as well. Time on the water is the most important learning tool we have.
  4. The new units have side scan built in. Eliminating the use for LSS units. That explains why they are so cheap now.
  5. Little better explanation and answer than I gave. Ha. Good info as usual. Thanks Bill
  6. I've been told by someone that talked to Lowrance rep. That the Chirp is more of a sales pitch than a vast improvement over regular sonar. Any decent graph you buy now a days regardless of brand will give you more than ample Sonar. After you purchase your unit go to YouTube and look up Sonar settings. There are tons of videos out there to help you get started in the right direction. Buy what you are comfortable with that lies within your budget. Good luck
  7. Agree Bill. That's really saying a lot about your character when you rely on this information to make a living yet you are willing to share with others. Thank you again.
  8. Excellent way to promote your business as well.
  9. Perfect. Covers all sections of the lake and examples of what's been working. Only thing better would be you catching the fish for them. Good job.
  10. Yes. They work great. We used it this weekend. My buddy weighed a 2.65lb LM and chose to speak like Morizo Shimizu when he said "Agree" . Pretty funny.
  11. If you had MLF scales you would know exact weight?
  12. http://www.scout.com/outdoors/wired2fish/story/1754491-two-dead-one-missing-in-ice-fishing-accident Sad deal. This warm weather is affecting many lakes up north.
  13. No doubt. My main purpose for going over there is to find a few off the beaten path spots that might produce come tournament time. Between the BFL and folks practicing for Nichols the following day there could potentially be 4-500 boats on the water during our event. Gonna be nuts.
  14. Watched the same interview. Pretty good stuff.
  15. I hear ya Champ. That lake still leaves me scratching my head sometimes. They must be scattered. No rhyme or reason to when and where they are going to bite. Lots of casts on wind blown banks with Spinnerbait, crankbait and A-rig between myself and my buddy. Jig is still only thing producing right now. For me anyway.
  16. Nice fish. I was at Grand today. Wind was terrible. I had waves coming over the front of the boat trying to hold on a point. Had to find less productive waters with less wind. Couldn't take the beating much longer. Glad you found some today.
  17. Looking for a set of shallow water anchors. Rather have Power Poles but would consider Talons. Thanks for your time.
  18. Aaron Martens put on a clinic.
  19. Ole Champ. Sandbagger!
  20. I picked a lot of local anglers.
  21. A lot of folks picked Ott DeFoe as their A bucket Pro. Could get interesting if he doesn't do well.
  22. I've never owned one but it seems like people stay away from used boats with Evinrudes. Scared of them for some reason. I see the draw if you buy a new one. Can't beat the warranty.
