Congrats on a beautiful fish. Was introduced to him this past summer there. Just stinks we can't get back down there for approximately another 2 months 23 days and 17 hours and 42 minutes! Maybe a few minutes sooner if I can get the wife to hold it and skip a bathroom stop on the road!~!

So-Brian, as a guy that is looking to tie up some soft hackles and learn to fish them without a high level of frustration of missed fish( I know that will always be a factor, especially for me), I would ask "What is the right hook for the bite" ??

The few free throws we did get we didn't convert the timely ones. You could see Pressey gettin fancier and fancier as the game progressed. Fantastic with all the assists but super bad timing with taking it too far at the critical time at the end. Lots and lots of things in this game to blame it on. Bad officials,(actually horrible) turnovers, missed shots under the basket etc. The one thing that stands out to me though is the personell Haith had in at critical moments. Chan must play real good in practice cause Haith keeps going to him and he just isn't ready. Why put a freshman that has proven he can't play defense in with under 2 minutes left in a game like this? #3 drove right by him and to the bucket. Why wasn't Bell in more in the second half? Very hot the 1st half. Why wasn't Oriaki in there on defense at the end. Ability to block shot and rebound. Questionable plays both at the end of regulation and ot. Maybe more bad execution. Just lots of questions. Easy to ask after the fact. I told a buddy before the game we were over ranked. Loose this game now , learn(players as well as coach) and win this type of game when it really counts. Still looking forward to the rest of the year. It'll be exciting that's fer sure!

Like to see the tigers put together another complete game tonight. Hope Brown continues to settle in. Hate hearing Criswell is out. He wasgiving us some good minutes off the bench. M-I-Z...

Economy here is slow which directly relates to drop of income at almost 50% as compared to 4 to 6 years ago. Our closest fly fishing destination is a 4 hour drive one way so those weekend trips have been cut in half. We now spend a lot of weekends at our favorite farm pond fishin. I used to do a lot of bass fishin with my Dad in his boat but his "Hemi" is not real economic so those 75 or even 50 mile trips one way to fish have been reduced also. i just turned 49 last month and I find myself useing the phrase "Back in the good 'ole days we used to....". Hope those days aren't gone!

I enjoy the pics whether its 12 or 24 inches. Beauty in both. !2" memories are sometimes better than the "Lunker" memories. And some of us don't have many "LUNKER" memories at all. Thanks to all that post big or small pics. My mouse has this little wheel in the middle and it takes about .5 seconds to scroll past a picture if I don't like seeing them. Maybe we just need to go fishin! Note my signature.

I love pics and usually after the fact think "Why didn't I take a pic". Also I don't have a waterproof camera and hate to expose my phone to going in the brink by ol fumble fingers. Keeping 4 of us in leader, tippet, flies etc takes all my spare cash thus no camera. i guess I'll tell Santa i'd like a Go-Pro for Christmas but he'll prolly say I been a bad boy!

Great game for Brown!! 3's didnt really go down which may be a blessing as maybe now he won't go crazy shooting them. He did get some good quality points and showed he WILL take it to the hoop strong. I see him scoring a ton of points at the line. He had good asists also. He saw we can score 100 points and he doesn't have to have 30 of em. Gonna be a good year!

Firstoff... If you have a bad apple ya better get it out of the basket. I have no problem with the end result here. These stories get out and sometimes they're correct and sometimes not. Second off.....the way this was reported in this article was typical of so much reportig these days. Again I have no problem with it being written about but this article belongs in the Enquirer! I read and reread this and noticed how many times the words believes, could have, apparently, may havebeen, it's believed, she blieved...you get the idea here. If it's fact report it. If not don't. You're affecting a person's life with all these maybe's. That's why I seldom read the papers anymore. If I want an opinion I'll read the opinion section or if I want a story full of "IF's" and "Maybe's" i can get that in the checkout counter rags. Third off...... We'll survive without him. Gonna be hard to replace his talents on the court but hope Bell, Chan, and Dec 17th Brown can fill his shoes. Louieville sure showed we need anothe ball handler!

Tim, how were u fishing the san juas worms? Haven't used them much.

Although I don't necessarily agree with the play calling on both sides of the ball I think it's mostly that we're just not as good a football team this year as we have been in recent years. With a o lines thats had injuries since spring ball and a qb with injuries most of the season no doubt the consistency was questionable at best. I do question why T.J. Moe , who was one of our most consistent recievers seemed to get left out as the season progressed. D line Richardson was a huge piecs to have missing this past weekend. You play you pay. No problem with Pinkel benching him. Just sad. Our d backfield never has been a strong point and once again we paid the price. I do have a problem with the d on the go ahead drive that we didn't seem to be concerned with #15. He was their go to guy in critical plays all day and we seemed to forget that. Chalk it up to a bad season for a multitude of reasons. I still think we have a bright future. With Tiger and Chiefs football basically over I'm ready for an extremely exciting Tiger Basketball year!!

Yep, definitely need more consistency. Thats what the regular season is for, to develope that consistency. They're a long way from being a top 5 team but I've never seen this much potential at MU. Think we got a lot of STUDS!! Gonne ba a fun year.

We've had em up here in NoMo in the past. My son saw one about 8 yrars ago. Know farmers who saw em and another farmer with calves killed byem. Brian, don't worry about em, they don't like to swim. Just stay in the water fishin and they'll eventually leave. Oh yea, you should be sleepin at 4 a.m.
