  1. I found if I send the picture as a text and that save that picture to my gallery, it will upload to the forum.
  2. No, but close to the house on the main lake.
  3. I had promised Mama a good fish for Mother's Day and I failed miserably but I finally redeem myself on Father's Day. She caught it in 15 feet of water on a wobble head with a sweet Beaver. Better late than never
  4. If it makes you feel better, I hear the flipping bite is slowing down. Lots of fishing moving deeper.
  5. That's great! Not enough kids have good role models in their lives today.
  6. The spinnerbaits are ALL in the Ranger!
  7. Was that on the Rock? It's been a long time since I've caught a six pounder. I know the LM are a bit lazy and are opportunistic feeders. I've caught some dandies in past years under white bass. This year I haven't been able to find any whites feeding.
  8. I would call that a DANDY bluegill! They fight better than a 2 lb bass.
  9. WOW!! Dave is still flipping in the bushes with a ned bite going on!!
  10. Keep posting these type of pictures. I've been trying hard to convince my bride, that my sickness is really not that bad and these pictures will help.
  11. I have even heard a rumor that someone saw you fishing a baitcaster.
  12. With you skill level and the Ned, there is absolutely no reason to fire up the Mercury.
  13. Any color will produce, as long as it's green pumpkin.
  14. White spoon 1/2 or 3/4 oz. vertical fishing in 15 to 25 fow. Dixie Jet flutter spoon and a kastmaster spoon and you will have most bases covered.
  15. Dave's gps doesn't even show pt. 13. He hasn't been west of the bridge in many years.
  16. Now I realize why I like you!! Now my wife doesn't think I'm really THAT sick anymore. Remember this, he who dies with the most fishing tackle; has biggest garage sale. I just hope she doesn't price it all, based on what I told her I paid for it.
  17. Are you using the dixie jet or a straight spoon?
  18. What a dolly! These memories will be with you both forever. Thanks for sharing.
  19. It looks to me that Quill was rewarded for helping the damsel in distress. That is good stuff!
  20. I don't think I would go to far after dark. Lots of BIG logs floating around.
  21. Great report! Thanks for sharing. Enjoyed pictures as well.
  22. I haven't been able to catch them on the flutter spoon. I have had success with a 1/2 & 3/4 oz. white spoon fishing vertical. Mostly small spots in 20 to 25 fow.
  23. She like it because it, like you, it is a piece of work!!!
  24. Happy that you and your family had a good trip and caught a few fish. With all the rain and color that we have, topwater has not been very productive. Sometimes, mid October can provide some decent tw action. The weather is a bit more stable and the colors add to the beauty of our lake. We are truly blessed to live and fish on this awesome body of water.
  25. Great report Moguy! Photos are priceless! Your little girl is a little dolly! Thanks for sharing and hope you all enjoy your stay.
