  3. Launched at 8 took a neibor that had never been on Stockton from a boat to go crappie fishing. Went to some banks that have producing and bam we hooked em! Never got further than Springfield cove and both had our limits of nice slabs at 12:15. He had also as limit of walleye and I had 2 walleye and 1 white bass. Caught em on 1/8oz sartruse head with with crystal shad trailer in 2- 6ft of water in pockets ard channel swings. Ended up catching a few more to upgrade out limits and head home by 2:30. Best year I can remember for big slabs. Probably cause or the floods of 08 and 11 that has made the crappie fishing so awesome. Tight lines!
  4. Put in at 8am with my son temp 57.3 started on same spots as yesterday and game on. He was using road runner and I was using 1/8 jig both with crystal shad trailer. We both had our limits by 11 more females than yesterday. A very light bite on the fall again in 4-6ft. Tried for bass around birch and much slower than yesterday only had 14 between us no keeps. Had a awesome time watching my son catching em, nothing like fishing with your kids. Tight lines.

Put in at mill 4:45 tried football jig on long tapered poinus no luck. Moved to channel banks and swings with old school suspending wart and game on. Ended up with 15 and 9 solid keepers. Had trifecta and 5.7 black biggest 5 around 16 pounds. Using 8lbs test and banging rocks then paused and they smacked it. Most fish had wart deep in their throat.
