  1. Ordered through Pyramid. No complaints. The goods were packed well and they ship quickly.
  2. Phil could get rid of this Putz, but guess that he is kinder than Christ, and more patient than Job.
  3. It depends on what you value, where, and how you caught it. A 10lb park "Lunker" is not the equivalent of an 18" feral or wild rainbow. A 15" can be a trophy if its bigger than your buddies. best fish!
  4. The horse people, ATV users, and the 4x4 enthusiasts can be a nuisance at times but I would not be in favor of turning it over to the whims of the Missouri Legislature. Be careful what you wish for. Call 573-323-4236, hit 0 then ask for the Chief Ranger if you want to report a non emergency violation in the park..
  5. And living in his mother's basement.
  6. Willing to consult on ignore user MOCarp features.

    What's Cooking?

Kale free zone at my place. Nobody here likes it.
  9. Nope, a trigger feels good or it does not. Trigger on the Benjamin is not very good. Put 10 or so rounds through it when the gals & neighbors were out on Sunday, and I do not like the trigger. Shoots well for never being on paper. Put an X on a pizza box at 20 yards and fired 3 standing...a bit low and to the left, half dollar sized group. Tossed a can out there and shot it around the yard. Hits mostly. Does not seem bad out of the box.
  10. Nice looking rig! You will find them eventually. Just takes time to learn new water.
  11. Have not been down there in years, but did get surveyed there once. It was ridiculous...Caught more fish than I cared to count in the span of 4-5 hours. Nothing big lots of stupid friendly fish. Have always preferred size to numbers, but numbers are great sometimes. Whacking small fish on a 3wt is allot of fun for an hour or so.
  12. Looks like a gut shot, but probably wont go far! Ordered a new trigger for the Benjamin today. Looks like this guy makes them for Gamo's too. https://www.charliedatuna.com/ Have not mounted the scope yet. Want to get it dialed in with open sights first.
  13. The dog looks happy! Good for you!
  14. Maybe that park by Denny Dennis, Valley Park, or Times Beach..Have not been west of 270 during daylight hours in a couple weeks., You will find a spot but you will have to do a little scouting..
  15. Tons of places Meramec River Map This map is a little outdated, but there are are boat ramps all over the place. MDC ramps, County Park Ramps, etc.
  16. Multiple pairs of gloves.....Usually use the neoprene glacier gloves with the fold over mitt when canoeing in the winter, but I have several extra pairs of different varieties. including some and goretex ski gloves. Keeping your hands & gloves as dry as possible is key. Have a dry towel handy.
  17. Army men are fun. Strike anywhere matches are fun too. 1 pt if you hit it, 3 if you light it. Hang them with a clothespin.
  18. Very nice.
  19. I always leave a plan and my wife is darn good at finding me. Was on the river when my Dad, Father-in Law, & Grandmother passed. LEO's found me within hours every time.
  20. Buddy dropped 4 Mallards by today. Said hunting has been good.
  21. 4 tree rats in the front yard this morning, 7 or 8 more in the back. Need to thin them out so I have a shot at some home grown tomatoes next year. Have not seen a rabbit since we got our Aussie.
  22. Thanks! Looks like the back yard varmints are gonna get what for!
  23. Benjamin Rouge with the NP2 and Suppressor for me. All .22 cal. Have opened the boxes. All fire. Need to clean them. Lots of grease in the barrels.
