  1. Sucks to take an income hit! Sucks to fire good employees! It’s like a funeral. Sorry for your incredibly bad day Ronnie.
  2. If your company is under 500 FTE you can do the SBA PPP loans. Have been preparing loan apps & consulting on that for the last 4 days. Heck, our admin staff understood it, and started doing our piece of those applications start to finish 2 days ago. Gosh they are awesome! We are taking the loan and gonna keep all on staff unless they drop dead. Want to fire the new kid, but will keep him until July 1 if Uncle pays his salary for 2 months. Does OK with no brainer stuff, but I pay people to think. Waiting for his lightbulb to turn on, very green. This will be hard on allot of people. Be kind to others, be safe!
  3. Had plans to float & hunt turkey for a couple days on the 20th, but gonna pass on that. This stuff is gonna get real in rural MO in about 2 weeks, likely horrible here.

Not lo That's the truth....My niece in Reno has 3 kids under 5 and works as an aide in a nursing home...Baby daddy of her 3 yr old twins is a laid off tattoo artist. Lots of bad choices. Haven't received a phone call yet, but it might come. Hoping that Baby Daddy sticks around so his parents can support them.

Still have still have 10-15 years to earn if I'm lucky. Sorry for those that don't have time to wait it out. Big Haircut for them.

    Gonna limp in
  7. The Lifetime SOT’s are great kid boats. My 10 yr old is small so she still fits her 8’. 12 year old is 5’ 3” and needs a bigger boat. Likely getting a 12’ Perception Pescador for her B Day. She can float that as an adult.
  8. There is a self employed option FW. Gonna explore that road tomorrow AM. Income History would be a plus. You might get on income that you declared in 18 or 19.

Have not felt they brunt of this yet (other than investment losses). My wife & I are still getting full pay & benefits for the moment. Go to work, stay home has been the routine for me last 18 days. My turn in the barrel to store today for possibles. Wife went 10 days ago. No eggs, frozen pizza, cleaning stuff, canned goods a bit bare. Usually abundant mart in Wealth Central MO. Kinda silly. Figure 2-3 gallons of bleach, and a big bottle of Dawn and some spray bottles, mop & dispensers should do fine for cleanup. Tossed all the cannef/dry in the garage for a day or two. Fresh stuff got washed thrice while I took a shower.
  11. Has anyone received the $1,200 per adult and $500 per kid advance credit yet? If you do I would like to know when. Thanks.
  12. Most of mine look at the Payroll Protection loan as 100% free money, but it’s not 100% free. Loan forgiveness is lesser of allowable costs in the 8 weeks after the date of your loan, or the loan amount. Likely allowable costs limited by decrease in FTE. You will get some free money, and a loan to pay off at a super low rate. Figure nobody is going to get the max up front (2.5x allowable payroll expenses, cuz likely to drop FTE’s). No authority on this statement, but figure you are more likely to get the expected forgivable amount to spread loans to more businesses and limit the fraud. Will see how fast they process this stuff.
  13. There is a cap on the amount of loans, so file ASAP if you intend to keep most of your FTE’s. Did 5 applications today. Every bank is asking for different stuff, but I can send you the forms and a spreadsheet to calc the max loan and what is expected to be forgiven. At home now, but could post it or PM in the AM.
  14. If thinking about an SBA Disaster Loan contact an SBA Lender ASAP. Lots of good guidance on the US Chamber of Commerce page and SBA.gov. 39T of potentially free money up for grabs.
  15. Nice looking boat! Think I lost one of mine today. Might be able to fix. Bought the “Big Green Bus” new 20+ years ago. This might be the end, or just another repair.

    Cast iron

Figured Lodge, maybe Got one from a scout leader who would have bought it new in that timeframe. Other from my deceased father in law. The huge skillet is a modern Steel pan. 21” from Cabelas 15 yrs ago. Needs to go to a scout troop. Has a lid too. Pick up in STL just too darn big for my purposes. Thanks for the ID again.

Pork chops are in oven now, homemade mashed potatoes done, will pair with asparagus.
  24. Went out yesterday, got a new chainsaw, and some groceries. People in my hood are panicked but polite still.
