Say you just fillet them like a walleye, bass, crappie, etc. Are you going to be chewing bones the whole time? I honestly don't mind a few bones. It's not like I don't chew my food anyway.

You can't do that. It just doesn't work like that. Next time I'll do the ol x100000000000 I do find the irony in someone whining, about whining. That added a nice twist to it. I don't want anyone's kid getting hurt. I just want at least half the required amount of common sense required and some common courtesy would be nice too. If that means they all go to beaver then I'm willing to let them do that.

Probably not the best example to make your point. Would it have been impossible for the wake boat to stop, idle, then resume making wakes on the other side of the fisherman? Now if there were skiers say out on a deep flat that I wanted to dropshot. So I motor right where they are, I'm invading their space at that point. If I sling a lure at them then I am definitely being a jerk. That's not what happened in your example though. They blew through an area they knew wasn't wide enough also breaking the law in the process. I'm not saying the anglers actions are justified but I'd be plenty mad myself. I'm a big anti recreational guy. In my mind there are certain boats that don't belong on certain waters and I'm convinced most don't have much sense at all. Not that I don't think they have a right to use the lake too. It's just that most shouldn't even be allowed to tow a boat to the lake. That said there are idiots on bass boats too. I had to give one an earful a couple weeks ago at Stockton. He apologized and I thanked him for that and went on. Anyway I don't expect to make friends with that opinion but it is what it is.

WOW. Was he a gentleman about it I hope? I'll never get the pride in fishing. I always want to use what they'll eat whether others perceive it as macho or not. The irony is that (from my observation anyway) is the ones that refuse to use a finesse worm on a light rod are generally not very good fisherman period.

Champ I weighed a fish Saturday caught swimming a worm around a dock. I usually start catching them around June/July that way. What was different thought was the fact that it wasn't a main lake dock.

It actually filled once before it was supposed to. That caused a few issues.

I believe so but it's been a couple years so I'm not 100% sure. In your case I wouldn't think that would contribute to a lack of pressure in the line.

I've changed those pumps before. Don't buy the rebuild kit. Just get new pumps. I'd start simpler than that first though. New bulb and line would be my first stop.

I've associated the bubbles with current. Maybe it was a coincidence.

That would be my only concern, timber. A big draw down might cause more damage to the shallower trees.
