PC is normally the ones i hit in winter when noone else is on the lake, with this years hatch they are everyplace. I think 12 ramp flock will be the first ones with the bow its normally good for 4 or 5 before they head to PC Marina and safety. Opening weekend is about the bow after that the guns come out and series flock thinning goes on.

You can tell the Season by the fixens of a trip. Summer is the poor time of year down to PBJ and Trail Mix. But Fall, Winter and Spring its the bounties of the Harvest. Deer, goose and turkey sausage and jerky or sandwiches with the fresh trimmings from the garden. Even bring the portable grill and shore breakfast and lunch. A few more weeks and life will be back to normal. Nice quiet days on the water broken occasionally by the sound of gunfire as the first birds of the season start to fall

I have fished many places in this country and a few around the world but for me the best fishing was here, A little canal above the lock was some monster bass,crappie, brim and catfish, below the lock was tarpon, snook, redfish, flounder and sharks. You never had a day you didnt catch something and the right time of year it could be the biggest fish of your life. My PB snook estimated ad 45pnds came from here and many 10pnd bass.

Here is the BIG thing. These schools will learn why the SEC is so great. Pride in your team certainly but pride in the SEC for all the schools in it. If your school is not in the BCS most conferance people wont care or watch but in the SEC it doesnt matter who is in it we cheer for the SEC. I think that is one reason so many people want to come to the SEC is the all around pride in it.

Looking at TAM schedule I could ask when they made the NCAA Football Gods mad!? Talk about WELCOME TO THE SEC! A redheaded step-child would have it better lol. But for giggles here is how I see it for them Louisiana Tech = W Florida = L SMU = W SC STATE = L Arkansas = L BUTT WHOOPIN BIG TIME OLE MISS = W but barely and wont cover a spread if its 7 or less LSU = L and an embarassing loss at that Auburn = L Miss State = L Alabama = L and welcome to another butt whoopin Sam Houston = W Missouri = L 4 and 8 if they are lucky. Ole Miss has a way of making things interesting and could win making them 3 and 8. If they have injuries in either of the first two games to key players then 2 and 8 because the middle of the schedule will certainly take out a few players. I was in F-Ville today and talking to a few locals who had been around the Razorbacks and he says they sound like guys who are out to prove they can beat anyone there is this year no matter who is coach or who got arrested or what anyone says they are a team. If thats true and that the attitude then AR might be very dangerous this year trying to prove a point. Cant wait for LSU AR always a great game and the Backs are in F-ville this year for it.

Mizzou is a good team and can hold up to many of those teams on the schedule combined with last years records new recruits and players returning. But mostly the good ole gut feeling. I also think they can beat the UofA this year based on all the problems its and if LSU goes out with a grudge and tries to avenge themselves I think they are very beatable this year. But they will beat themselves more than the other team will. Now if they can put last years loss behind them they will be next to unbeatable. College is far more fun to watch and talk about than the pro's the kids are still hungry. Even better next year goes to playoffs which will finally put an end to the question of which is the best conferance and I think the SEC will prove its the best, IF and its a BIG IF the playoffs are actually done right and ot based on opinion and computer polls. Im waiting to see the final foremat for them.

The heat has put more people on Beaver this year than I have seen before not suprised the numbers are up. If she keeps dropping there will be more accidents and boats tore up, people dod not understand how many rocks and pole timber are in the lake that will be invisable but in a possition to do damage soon.

I don't beleive in god but how can you argue if you are a christian god says its ok? A christian beleives in the bible and the bible is the wrod of god and it says and for those of them who say that is Old testiment and only for the Jews in the New testement so their arguement is moot as you cannot say you are one thing but try and justify it against your beleif when it does not suit you. They are mad at a Restraunt that took no stance made no comment and did nothing to promote this. All they want is attention and this is just another tool for them to cry about being gay. There is the Chicks comment. They shot themselves in the foot with that as their primary base was Country Music Fans who as a rule do not take well to insulting a president in a time of war that at the time appeared needed for our countries safety. Further Mouthing off by them pretty much ended their career. You dont tell your fans your not part of their scene anymore. Chik handled this very well not commenting or condoning it.
