Hunting seasons are well established and legal so no grounds there #3 Seasons apply to all so no conflicts and no grounds. #4. No damage to public so no grounds #5. Season are set by the USFW for the entire flyway and not overly excessive or restrictive so no grounds #6. Refer to #4. I don't see this as a concern Not even sure why DU would get involved in this, Perhaps they need a press release as to why they feel it will affect duck hunting. But more so How about what does MDC say about how it will affect all pursuit of wildlife.

I'll bite why would DU care about judicial appointments as that's the only thing I could find related to sjr42.

Chinese Made = These were often found in areas where Fish were in large groups typically were located often many of them would be lined up along flat rocks Mexican Made = These are very often found snagged on submerged fences. Second Generation American Made = These have built in Cameras so they can film every bite and the anglers whooping and hollering as the fish is landed so it is easier to upload to Facebook and Youtube. All versions work but tend to get snagged and no angler should ever use a bait with such a high propensity for costing you money.

Ok James I have to ask. Did you grow up in Florida? That is a classic way Floridians clean their fish, Makes it much easier and waste very little meat as many of the fish are actually more flaky because of the warm water.

Yes below the dam on Beaver Lake and all the way to Holiday Island. Water depth can vary from 2ft to 30ft in the stretch

I have caught them from Canoe's, Kayak's, Rafts and Float Tubes. If you are a safe Boatman then there is no issue with pulling one in. If you are worried about pulling distance drop an anchor. I would be more concerned about Tubers, Skiers and other boats hitting me in an inflatable than a fish pulling me especially on Beaver Lake.

Same reason we are seeing so many remakes of old movies. NO IMAGINATION in Hollywood, and if Scifi is behind it then its either Dark or worse than an old B-movie. I was watching Blazing Saddles the other night and then right after it went off on came All-in-the-Family followed by Sanford and Son. I haven't laughed that hard in years at anything on TV. They had awesome writers great imagination and made you for a time forget about the world. Isnt that what TV or a Movie should do?
