Knowing and not wanting to accidentally catch an inflated raft are two different things

Floated Blunts to Bass’ River this Friday and Saturday . River was low both days and busy on Saturday. Small mouth were being caught on red crawfish imitation crankbaits. Get it under the trees behind a current break and the fish would hit it.

I float that stretch every year and don’t do well fishing, but have been caught I couple nasty storms.

Can be. They like to move back to the west end of the lake. I’ve caught some on a crankbait.

Never been out and not caught something. Spring is all about crappie and later on is all bass. I catch large mouth all summer and in some shallow spots. As far as golf, I do my best to hit the fish in the head with wayward golf balls.

Let me comment on a few things I read in these posts. First off I'm sure that I'm not alone when I saw that I'm glad it didn't come to this. But someone mentioned drawing down LOZ, that is a privately owned dam with a federal permit. Also the COE doesn't care about our boats, hobbies or the quality of fishing. So lets hope that this winter and spring are different. -
Sounds excited, I think I need to get a trip planned.
