And we'll never get it right. Will we? 😥 Sounds (to me) like it's time to scrap it and move on. But we all should do it together......for the betterment of mankind.

At what point in man's spiritual evolution did differing religious beliefs begin to appear ? And why ?

Being capable of independent thought is BETTER for you.

I'm sorry, but this makes absolutely no sense at all. How could anyone at that time have used God's word for control....when nobody was even aware of God, or aware that he had spoken any words? Please consider the timeline of events that you are making assumptions about. There was no TV, no Radio, no Schools, no Books. People communicated by grunting and snorting.

Absolutely, I totally get it. If I was 25 years old I would be into it in a big way. If they just headed down the lake it wouldn't be a big deal..... but a single wake boat will choose an area and go 'round & 'round turning an entire 2 mile stretch of water into a giant washing machine.

Excellent point. 👍 But then the ones who purposely failed to RECORD it say.... "Cherish and protect this rare and special resource". 😅 -
So you're telling me that God threw it all into Jesus's hands. Created everything, then said...." Here, you deal with it! I'm out". "I'm all eternal and everything, but I'm tired of this BS. "Jesus, take the wheel".

Last weekend a girl (26) that my daughters know, was a passenger in a wake boat, going around in circles, that crossed it's own wake, and broke her back. The majority of people I see driving those things appear to have no prior boating experience at all. Watching them launch/load/and dock their boats is not even funny...... it's scary. Having a "wake boat party" (huge get together) where they are going to be showing off in mass..... is just asking for it.

Ya darn right 😅 My dog, Orion is genetically matched with the ORIGINAL Ol' Yeller. VID_20220508_224025906.mp4 -
Cross-current, yes. Don't try it in stillwater.

I do. I'm not breaking myself over an idiotic regulation that isn't even being enforced. When was the last time you heard of an agent demanding to see the bottom of anyone's shoes?

That's ok, neither do I. JW's will be promptly excommunicated if their kids have friends in school that are not JW. And if a family member gets excommunicated......you aren't allowed to associate with them other than answering an occasional phone call from them (just in case they are ready to begin steps to being accepted back into the fold).

That's been done before. No need for a blind, they are pretty tame. I don't want Hightower killed, we like having him around because he looks so impressive. Plenty of slickheads that taste just the same though.

I had spider on the wall a few weeks ago that was big enough to eat a cat. I was ready to move out and lite the house....but one of my buddies clobbered it with a felt soled wading boot. Saved me from an insurance fraud case. 😳

Funny you mentioned that, because when I told them I was dizzy and my throat was swelling up they gave me a wet rag. I thought it was to suck on, or to wipe my forehead.....but maybe I was supposed to use it to wipe my boots off. 🤔 😅

Oh yeah......and just for comparison to TODAY...... That ER visit only cost 38.00 😂 and was paid for with a check. I betcha that a copperhead bite would cost your insurance co. 2-4k today.

Whatever it was, was copperhead specific. I told the doctor that it was for sure a copperhead......so he brings out this array of like 30 pictures and asks me to pick out the copperheads. There were 3 and I passed the test 100% so he retrieved 2 vials and drew them both into the same syringe. My mom said that one was likely benadryl and the other a synthetic anti-venin.

I was gifted a copperhead bite from a 14 incher on my 17th birthday. I was panicked but felt ok until they gave me a shot at the ER at Audrain med center. After the shot I got a giant lump in my throat that felt like I had swallowed a baseball, and everytime I stood up the room started spinning like crazy. That lasted for a solid 14 hours. The bite area never swelled or hurt at all but it did turn black/blue almost immediately.....I really don't think the snake let loose any venom. The next day I felt ok but had no appetite whatsoever. The bite area healed up as quickly as a mosquito bite. And before you ask I'll just admit it.......YES I was fukkin with it! 🙄 Lesson learned 👍

I'm not doing anything to give biologists another meaningless project. I already know that it's a BS story, and I also know why they choose to perpetrate it. It's a harmless fib, and the intention is admirable.....which is way more respectful than all of the other fibs still going around. -
I don't care to discuss ANYTHING with anybody that doesn't fish, hunt, or otherwise enjoy the outdoors. For me to care anything about your point of view there has to be some kind of connection. That's why.

In the mid-'80s there was a terrible drought, and intense heat for weeks on end. Crane cr. was nothing but a series of stillwater puddles full of moss and tadpoles. Then about 10-15 years later the internet came to all of our homes, and I'm pretty sure that McCloud rainbows emerged with the internet..... because nobody had ever even heard of them until the internet arrived. But according to the story they had existed in Crane for 70+ years, with no additional stocking, in spite of the fact that Crane and all of the aquifers that feed it have completely dried up numerous times during that time span. 🙄 So, basically, if you believe the McCloud fairy-tale, then you also must believe that trout can easily survive long periods of intense heat and very little habitat. MDC biologists confirm it......so there ya go. 😉 -
My occupation is among a dying breed. Dealerships only get a piddly amount from the manufacturer for "warranty work" , so SALES is their only incentive. They ain't fixing nothin'......but bygod they'll sell you a new one. They aren't going to have reasonably experienced & trained technicians on site......and only pay them 15.-20./hr. 20.00/hr. gets you a crackhead with a socket set in the trunk of his girlfriends Camry. And there's nowhere to get training on older motors now. If you're recently "certified" then you're only "certified" on what came out LAST YEAR. 😅 There's nobody in Fon du Lac teaching carburetion and early oil injection. I unintentionally timed this gig perfectly! Because I'm the ONLY dude in my entire area of the state that will professionally repair all those 70's-80's-90's and 2000 to 2008 outboards. And there's a bunch of them still out there. I keep expecting it to start dwindling down, and for those motors to finally die......but they just keep a comin'. 😎👍

House moves to repeal the Pittman-Robertson act.

Well hey....... if you knew what all the people who you like and respect were TRULY thinking (behind their phoney facade), your little pretend world would come crumbling down upon you. I don't like to play personality games with anyone, therefore I must stay as far away from churches, courtrooms, and board meetings as I possibly can.
