See ? You can't get away from it. I was docking a boat earlier and the dude on the dock next door was obviously throwing a Ned around. I simply asked how he was doing, and that was a mistake. He trotted over to show me the "damnedest bait he has ever thrown", and I got a 40 minute schooling on it AGAIN. I really had to bite my tongue to keep from telling him that he was using the wrong type jig head. Oh and speaking of better than average fish.....he claimed a pair of 5's recently. So the jighead thing might be moot. Not only are a bunch of guys throwing it, they also can't quit talking about it.

The guy that ran the first BPS in Columbia was a guy named Dick Head. I was just a pup at the time, and it was hard to look him in the face. Since then I've met a bunch of Dick Heads, but they all had an alias.

After all the crap I've been thru, it would be rediculis to have anyone say..... "Wrench? Yeah he died from eating a bad mushroom". I refuse to go down that way.

I do a little flouro-fiber hotspot on my Gray/White's. Kinda gets their attention I think. That's a Henry Cowen trick.

You'd think, wouldn't you? Sounds reasonable in theory....but it has gone on so long that you just can't help it. I mean, when you see a topic with 9 freaking pages you're afraid not to look, you might be missing a good fight. Then when you get to the end you're pissed because there wasn't one.

When you are scooting across the lake there is always a good chance that there are "things' out there floating around. If you can't see a half a human sticking up above the water then you prolly need to slow the down ! I don't care what color their shirt, hair, or kayak is.

Very True! Has it been confirmed that a boat wake is what caused this ? If so that's awful, and should make everyone consider the potential effect of their wake.
