Letβs help this youn man out
fishinwrench replied to snagged in outlet 3's topic in General Angling Discussion
Me too! Thanks. They sell the test kits at Walmart. Sugarbritches came down with it first, and she has felt terrible for 5 days now. She is just laying around being a total victim to it. I'm pumping vitamins, antioxidants, and protein, and am actively trying to fight it. -
I saw a comparison of German vs. USA and Other HAND TOOLS. The German made tools won out in all categories except for screwdrivers and Torx bits. A feather in the Americans cap. Bygod we know how to screw better! We can't even make a good paint brush. π

Speaking of stories about ME.... Here's one I'm sure a few here will get a chuckle out of. π Worst symptom so far is.....You could bury my face in a steaming pile of cow poop right now.....and I wouldn't smell a thing. π€ Wanna take bets on whether I live or not? π° Don't forget I'm a smoker..... that hedges the bet, right? -

I'll tell you a little story on ME..... My parents ran several nursing homes, and they paid me to clean out a portion of one for expansion when I was a 16 year old punk. I had a bunch of trash that I was supposed to haul to the local landfill, but since I was SO SMART I decided that I'd make more money off this deal if I didn't have to pay the landfill fee......so I dumped it (a whole half a pickup load) on a muddy trail off of a gravel road. 3 days later the sheriff was pounding on our front door, and ol' smarter than thou WRENCH was in some hot water, Boy! Pill bottles with the nursing home address on them, and tire tracks that matched mine. π³ Ahh, never thought about THAT! Learned myself a good old life lesson there! If you're gonna be a shady douchebag, you'd better be a SMARTER shady douchebag than that. Best to just NOT be a shady douchebag. -

By my standards that is "tampering with evidence". Report it, and let the ones who we pay to solve crimes sort it out. They obviously need more things to investigate because they are still pulling people over for "license plate lights" just so they can sniff inside the cars. And they are still responding to domestic disputes. They shouldn't have time for either of those piddly things. Get their @$$es out there with all of their super slueth technology....and let them SOLVE THE CRIME. -

Anybody that complains about litter and trash nowadays obviously wasn't around in the early 70's. If you think places are trashed NOW, then you would have totally freaked out back then around the rivers and creeks of Missouri. We've come a long way. -

Bygod they wouldn't if they thought it would start an investigation. And it SHOULD start an investigation. Why doesn't it ? They don't hesitate to fill the courtrooms up about everything else. Littering is a crime! -

There are laws about trashing or vandalizing public AND private property. Pull some of those deputy's off the trail of kids smoking weed....and put them onto finding evidence to convict litterers and vandals. That's their GD job ! They can extract DNA from those discarded needles and beer cans. Get busy LEO's, you have the resources, and it is what you get paid to do. When a diaper falls off a kid and the parent fails to pick it up....do we close down the playground? No we don't. Not the first time, nor the 901st time. -

This is exactly the situation I see around the places I haunt. The REAL reason most property owners don't want anyone around is because they themselves are doing wrong, and they know it. It isn't because of litter, or party's, or any of the other "reasons" they give for not wanting people there. Plus 9 times out of 10 the person that shows up to convince you to leave.... isn't even the deed-holding property owner, and has no authority to tell you to "get out" in the first place. Our county deputy's will show up and tell you to leave....even though the rightful owner never called or complained. And that's BS! The best thing for our watersheds is to NOT allow private ownership of streams, or even sections of streams. Unless the owner wants to be 100% liable for the condition of the water as it leaves his/her property. -
All I said was....."I don't get this whole foot discomfort thing. I guess I was just blessed with naturally happy feet". You're the one that has taken it THIS FAR.
-
Ok, so whiney ITALIAN pussies. π
-
They aren't as perfect as mine are, or you wouldn't have so much trouble finding comfort for them. Your feet are whiney Pussies ! π
-
And you aren't ? Pfft! π
-
Are you kidding? So many "normal" ones that now she is bored with them and is looking to have one in a shoe ! Just for sport π
-
Well if each 140.00-179.00 shoe purchase is even more comfortable than the last one.....then where does it eventually lead to ?
-
The only reason my wife gets pissed is because she knows I'm right, and has no fuel for further debate. So, I ain't scared of her. π
-
You're right. Everytime I start to raise hell about something....I need to stop, take a deep breath, and think about how good my feet feel. My favorite new saying is going to be: "If it wasn't for the fact that my feet feel amazing, I would tear you a new one".
-
Oh I don't know..... I have a daughter and a couple of customers who are engineers, and when I think of what it would take to make a decent mechanic out of any of them......Yeah, NO! π Every engineer should do time as a mechanic FIRST. Then, and only THEN can they truly be a good engineer. π
-
I don't get this whole foot discomfort thing. I guess I was just blessed with naturally happy feet. Every time my wife gets a new pair of shoes she claims it is the most comfortable pair of shoes she's ever had. We've been together for long enough now that I've seen her hit this "shoe comfort climax" about 27 times over. At this point wouldn't you expect her to just flop on the floor and go into uncontrollable orgasms ?

Here Here πππ€ My kid exited college and is knocking down some pretty good money, but she's been with her firm for only 2 years and is already showing signs of burnout and frustration. Life is too short for that BS.

A few hummingbirds buzzing around is cool & cute. A literal swarm of them would be.....Scary π¨ At that point they become Targets.

Good God! π³ How many hummingbirds does it take to move 50# ?
