  1. Just got an email from Ebay about my order being canceled due to concerns with the sellers account. Oh well, it was worth a shot. Guess ill be forking over a little more
  2. Just checked on it and the seller hasnt accepted my money through paypal yet.
  3. Keeping my fingers crossed. Ive been burned before on ebay but they always get me my money back, so i think its worth the chance
  4. I ordered one, so ill be the guinea pig and let you guys know. IT says brand new, never opened....we shall see. Im slowly switching all my Lews reels to Tatulas. I got a Type R last week and it is pretty sweet. IT wasnt a $59 one
  5. Ran across these on ebay just scroll down about half way. Tatulas are great reels, and at $59 it is a steal https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_nkw=tatula&_sacat=0&LH_TitleDesc=0&_sop=15
  6. I caught a 3.5 around kimberling last week that had that same stuff on the tail, looked pretty nasty
  7. A buddy of mine said he caught some really nice ones out of Lake springfield the other day. He was Bass fishing and accidentally caught them
  8. THat was my thoughts when i started using left hand baitcasters, i would rather let my dumb left hand do the stupid work, and control the fish with my dominant hand
  9. i saw someone launching out of shadow rock park, down that long gravel ramp the other day. RIght in the mouth of Swan
  10. I could never get used to the sitting down part. Heck i took the seats off the deck of my boat, they just get in the way
  11. Throw some flicker shads out behind the boat and troll them, You'll catch a little bit of everything
  12. https://garzonstudio.com/boat/capacity-decal.html IF you get the specs from the factory this place will remake one for you
  13. I was on steep banks, sometimes only 20-30 feet off the bank as long as the boat was in 20-25, also kept a topwater handy, when the bass came up chasing shad i would cast to them and they would just hammer it
  14. Started at Taney trying to catch bass and had no luck so i loaded up and went to Bull. Pulled cranks for about 1.5 hrs and had a limit. Nothing big 18 1/4 to 19 1/2. They were in 20-25 ft. Good luck out there. Yesterday was quite enjoyable with the clouds and temps in the 80's.
  15. When i upgraded to a 24v system i was told and did plenty of research saying my factory wiring would be fine. After long troll i smelled something burning, so i opened up the back hatch and the factory wiring burned through one of the plastic handles on the battery. So i got the pleasure of pulling 6 guage wire through the whole boat, it was a pain in the butt, but now i have no worries
  16. Gotcha, i would much rather get rid of that plug, im constantly worried about it bouncing loose, may break out the solder and do it right.
  17. MY motor specifically states to unplug while charging, not really sure why but i do it
  18. I learned late throwing a baitcaster so i had the choice, neither way felt natural at first, so i went with what made seemed the most practical
  19. All Lefty all the way, never understood the dudes that switch hands constantly
  20. I never used to wear mine. I upgraded my 60hp to a 75, and then had the computer flashed to make it a 115hp. My little Tracker is a handfull now and i always make sure i have that kill switch on me. that mod V hull gets a little sketchy on a 17ft rig running 50's
  21. WOW!!! Lowrance is really stepping up the game 6 inch contour lines and bluetooth so your text messages pop up on your unit. They need to take some notes from Garmin, they are starting to fall behind. Lowrance and Motorguide are sister companies and Motorguide is too falling behind, Their nicest GPS troller is 4 years old, unless they came out with somthing i didnt see today
  22. No flat bill hats for 2019 either.!!!
  23. No mention so i would assume its the same ole same ole. I mean dont you want to watch 180+ pros go across the stage and hold up 2lbers. All the fish look the same unless someone catches a 5+
  24. No more co-anglers. They are doing marshals now and they add up the weight of the pros the marshals are paired with each day for a cash prize. Kinda of a crapshoot for the marshals but i guess its cool they can actually win some money. And every day you marshal you get an entry for a boat at the end of the year.
  25. Im with you on that, i have a few still ,they run pretty rough unless i totally drench them with reel magic at the start of the day. Ill probably stick with the president XT and my Daiwa Procyon's for a while
