  1. Yep. Doesn't take very much to make everything go sideways...catch a wake wrong, have to correct for another boater, dodge debris.
  2. I always have 2 sets in the boat. Travel with 3 or 4.
  3. Aww nuts. I forgot to coordinate with your trip schedule.
  4. Guarantee I can find a better way to fall in the lake.
  5. The Flogger!
  6. Looks like they got her head turned at 917.5ish.
  7. Yessir. I did rush out and buy a few bags in that color after he sent pics last month. Mentioned it to a buddy who lives down by Tenkiller. He was pre fishing for a derby, rigged the closest thing he had to it...boom- 4.5 brownie.
  8. So much for the new plan at Beaver.
  9. Mind your lower units.
  10. Only with respect to the fulls, really. Those have an obvious effect. In terms of timing throughout the day? Have not seen it matter. At least not that I can prove.
  11. Absolutely. Genuine slabs.
  12. Truman, Stockton, LOZ are all better bets.
  13. Until they drop it again. Not setting up for a great spawn.
  14. Yes, but few and far between. Never when I've tried to, always accidentally while bass fishing. Actually had a friend jump in the back because I caught a few, and he ended up catching brown fish on a crappie float rig like it was a float and fly. Usually in brush or trees in the middle of bass spawn coves, 15-25'. Ned Rig, little swimbaits, smoke grubs, or a stickbait. But it's one here, none there. Still not sure why people spend much effort trying to catch crappie on TR.
  15. This is one of the things I don't like about the vertical bite. Maybe the only thing, really. Spend an entire day glued to a screen when you should be watching eagles, etc. One of the best days I had two years ago was without a graph running up front at all. Lowrance I had up there choked on a pixel or something, got it working that night.
  16. Wow. Definitely moving it through.
  17. Tomorrow afternoon maybe. Let the sun get on it for a bit.
  18. Still have a grayscale X-17 on the console from 2005. Will, until it won't.
  19. It'll be interesting to see how fast they move to offset any rise.
  20. I'm holding out for the take offs when folks upgrade to the new and improved scopes.
