The blackstone cleans up by just pushing the bacon grease into the little waste container. One paper towel wipe down and cover back on. Easy care is one of my favorite things about the blackstone. That and the actual flavor that comes from the seasoned flat top.
I do stuffed peppers in the oven on parchment paper. That stuff really is great for quick and easy cleanup.
Air quality. Pesky danged environmentalists anyway. That doesn't seem very productive though, given the price. I'm sure it's mostly used in watercraft and small engines. Wouldn't think that much would be sold. I'm sure there's a long calculation with a lot of expensive assumptions included.
