  1. I've had Lowrance all my life since my first green box. Currently I have an HDS 8 and 7 on the bow and also the dash. Just use the 7's for gps and back- up. My friend has hummingbirds. Like both. I hear garmin is good. Just get the biggest screen you can afford and one that meets your needs that is comfortable for you to use. I would have got a 10" screen but it blocked my view to much behind the windshield. After all of that I think they are all good anymore, just expensive. Have fun
  2. I've had very good luck with Excalibur by silver thread
  3. Universal mania. Just type in Lews jerk bait rod and look for that company. Just received the custom speed stick for $100 no shipping or handling nor tax. I think I'm going to like it. I would attach the site but do not know how. If you want pm me with email and I'll attach. Unless someone can tell me how to do it.
  4. Sorry to hear that RPS. There are getting to be two many people that don't respect the property of others. They probably don't respect themselves either. What a way to start out the new year?
  5. Maybe Donna should be running the boat. Then you would not have to worry about the 2" in rod length ?
  6. I wish they weren't here. I like tax free and free shipping
  7. Going to feed homeless and usually have left overs from there. But that meal tastes pretty good after feeding people so less fortunate. It's a shame we have so many people hungry and that's coming from a very conservative person. Most people I feed are not happy accepting free food, but have no choice especially with kids. Let's not feed the world but concentrate on the US. Just my 2 cents since I have been blessed.
  8. I can almost guarantee this product. Restore buy Larson sales it's a cleaner and polisher. I have used it for years.
  9. Gray scale
  10. MT - 15 with all cables except transducer. Has gps puck. Excellent condition with southern navonics chip. $175. I live in Rodgers. Will post pictures soon. Was saving for pontoon but no longer.
  11. If a bass is going to die why not keep it and eat it. You know when a fish will not make it. Common sense. That's why I do not fish for walleyes when their deep, if they are short they might not survive being pulled up from the deep. If your not going to eat it don't hunt our fish for it. All my bass survive, I think, because I don't net them and release them right away. Some people should not hunt, fish, have a pet or kid. Off my chest and feel better and not sorry.
  12. If they die eat them. Pretty simple
  13. Nice bass rps, sorry no walleye, maybe you caught all of them in the last few years. I'd blame it on the new boat, it has to get used to walleye scent. Your old boat could smell them from HI to the kings river give this one a chance.
  14. Because you catch one once in awhile its luck. You have to go way north for walleyes. The four border lake are fished out. Just don't want you wasting your time and losing lures in the trees. You can thank me now for saving you time and money. Just the kind of guy I am, looking out for others. Canada is really good for walleyes and gas is cheap now..
  15. I would blame the new boat that keeps calling you from the slip, you know they always tempt you. Talk to it a little more and maybe the Lund will understand. Hope you are enjoying your boat and a few hours in the morning does not make you crazy at least not much.
  16. I use wolfs on the way to PC they used to be in CO but had to lv like I did because the lakes were drying up. Good folks
  17. To me the water magnifies the fish thinking I have a keeper and it's only 17". Maybe just worn out old eyes or dreaming it's bigger. I just think it would be hard to determine the length unless it's 22"
  18. The governors cup a walleye tournament on fort peck MT, they have to take a walleye caught immediately to a weigh in boat. Not just one weigh boat but many placed around the lake, but it takes manpower.
  19. Last Tuesday caught 9 with one keeper, last week on Thursday my wife and I caught 3 up to 22" but only those 3. Man I miss the years from 2009 to 2015 spring.
  20. Went from having a two man limit by 1100am to one keeper all day. Fished out for 18". Fish. I think many close to 18" are keep. Last two years have a declined in walleyes
  21. This is great. Pull them off the bed move them and make fishing more competitive. Ok all you bass fishing people that complain about a guy keeping some to eat or letting the bull gills eat the hatch, what's the difference. I think God put allcritters on earth to eat. I never have eaten a bass but I can't condone those that do. I just started my walleye fishing this year this last wk. my decision only, but waited for the spawn to be over. Now I'll eat them
  22. Bass on beds and walleyes spawning give them a brake. I wonder how many more fish we would have. Fish for stripers
  23. All I want is GPS coordinates. I won't pressure you into more info no sense having the world show up. By the way good job
  24. I don't know about it, it's had a lot of fish in it over its time, maybe too many.?
  25. RPS, there is a Rangers dealer in Rogers I think it's called outdoor world. I would also look on Walleye Central site. Many used boats with very few hours. Good luck and have fun. Tin ranger or fiberglass?
