  2. Hey doc I saw the old cane cutter yesterday. Went over to introduce myself but it wasn't you I think he put a few in the boat also.
  3. All caught on minnows
  4. Put in at 12 bridge about 12:30 fished till about 5:00 pm. Fished around PC managed 5 big crappie to 14 in. And a 3 lb channel car. All were invited home for dinner. About 20 ft deep in 24-26 fow. Great way to spend an afternoon with the wife.
  5. This is a great idea...... My schedule is really horrible so as much advance notice as possible would be appreciated. I would be more than happy to help with food or at least $$ for food keep us posted
  6. Got out early yesterdayorning with the wife and special guest... My youngest daughter who is graduating high school next week... Launched at eagle rock found a few crappie some decent bass and 2 small walleye. Crappie were deeper than expected 9- 15 ft. All caught were males caught everything on minnows. I spent most of the day fighting the wind but the girls had a blast and that was the best part of the day.

  8. Same here caught a few last weekend off the bank all males.. Fished from eagle rock up to kings and believe it or not caught most right at eagle rock... I think all this weather has them confused

  10. Thanks for the info guys..... I'm gonna put on at 12 bridge and head upriver gotta make a stop or two first then it's on..... Big green lowe flat bottom with a 115 merc if you see me stop and say hello. Will post report this evening

  12. I've got a terrova and really like it a lot the only time I even get the foot control out is to work a bank using slip bobbers for crappie the rest of the time it always with the remote... That being said there is abut of a learning curve to the remote ( I had to learn not to over correct) but once you get used to it it is the only way to go.... Ps the little button with the rabbit on it will kick your butt if you hit it by accident
  13. Thinking of trying for some slabs tomorrow as well. I usually put in at eagle rock but would Ike to try long creek. Where should I put in ?? Anywhere to get minnows over there on Sunday. Thsnks for the info

  22. Alright I promise this will be the last silly question on this subject for a while .... What knot do you use to tie on the jig head when using a floro leader???

  24. Trophy: How long floro leader do you use? And do you use a swivel or tie direct?
