    Will do Champ. Close to the bank is where you better be this time of year. Looks like we better be on the look out for some severe weather Saturday & Sunday. Catch a bunch!

    Agree with Dave. I am quite partial to the Hwy 13 area. Lots of good fishing within 3 to 5 miles of the KC bridge. Use the 13 ramp on the KC (north) side or Mill creek rec area if you are coming over via Hwy 86 to Hwy 13.

    If you are going to get a Pro Guide battery, you'll be glad you did. Have owned several cranking and deep cycles, they are excellent for the money.

    I have heard this before, right Dave? "Idiot baits". Just cast them out and reel them in.

    I pull the swing head with10 lb P line flouro on a 7' Duckett Med action caster . Sounds light compared to some other guys, but it doesn't get stuck much, lures have better action and more bites in the clear water IMO. Starting to think I do nothing but fish finesse techniques.

    We who live close to the Branson Table Rock Lake area are very blessed. Plenty to do, great fishing, beauty everywhere you look, just a great place to live or visit. You can be grateful for what you have up north also. Most of use die hard bass heads dream of being able to come to your area and smash those huge small jaws that Michigan is known for. Thanks for posting on the OAF, this has been a good thread. Have a great day on the water today.

    Excellent outing Nitro. A lot of good reports coming in lately, but this is a really good one. Congrats on some great fishing. Good advice on keeping the PFD on while fishing alone Bill. I am the worlds worse for not wearing the PFD after I shut the big motor off.

    Wow, excellent afternoon. Always good to hear young kids having fun catching fish. The little rig is the ticket to success. Water temp is really moving up in the upper white.
