  5. thanks for the report,I might get to go this week. should I concentrate on main lake areas for walleye, or would up the creeks and in coves be better?
  6. well, the ramp north of the bridge is closed as of yesterday, the road to the marina is now the parking area and it's a tight squeeze for bigger trucks when it's busy Very little room for trailer parking.along the rock wall the walkway to the marina will probably be on that road by middle next week

  19. wonder if that's Morris's new yacht, lol last fall heard he was getting an 80 footer, and building a HUGE double decker dock on TR to park it in
  20. yep,a worm bigger than 12" was hard to find where I lived, so we would just make our own by doing that the short c-rig w/ heavy mono leader with the bigger worm was something those LOZ bass were not used to seeing i guess
  21. when i used to fish LOZ , 17" berkley power worms , 7/0 hook on a 5/8oz. c-rig with a 1' leader of 30lb mono is all we ever threw at night in between docks along the concrete walls below condos, yes i said a 17" worm, lol, almost 20" color of the worm wasn't a big deal we glued/taped 2 -12" worms together to make 1 big worm just tear the tail off one 12" worm and attach the body of it to another whole 12" worm
  22. man, sounds like they were fixin to break into your truck had you not showed up when you did that's what pissed off numbnuts i bet glad you guys were not injured, maybe that loser broke his toes/foot when he kicked the boat
  23. appreciate the report, thank you
  24. carp probably eat the gamefish eggs, gar eat whatever they can catch i never knew catfish love gar eggs until this year when i watched 3 cats munching the eggs as soon as the gar dropped them these pics were taken inside an old covered dock
  25. mike, i have a couple of questions if you don;t mind would a floating crawler harness be good for fishing around the brush line vs. a non floating harness? are you using planer boards with the worm rigs or just dragging them under the boat? thanks last time we got this high i lost way too many cranks $$$ trying to troll the trees i'm sticking to the worms this year, got some uncle josh crawlers i want to try
