Thanks for the report Bill thought it was just me having trouble catching them. Fished lower James today from 12 to 430 had two keeper smallmouth on tube caught 6 or 7 on ned but none bigger than 12" all fish caught in 10 to 20 foot on chunck rook banks water temp 78 to 80

Got on water around 6:30 fished til 11 not much to report caught a couple shorts on dropshot on bluff end tried smimbait crankbait and tube no luck showed lots on fish suspended around 20 foot couldn't make them bit water temp 84

Had a good day started at 8:00 fished til 3:30 caught between 40 and 50 fish had 12 keepers 3 largest smallmouth were 17.5 to 18.5 in and 2 really nice largemouth caught fish on main and secondary points timber had better fish most fish were 10 to 15 foot of water water temp was 68 at start 71 when we left a great day fishing with a good friend

got out around 7:30 fished til 12 water temp 58 to 60 started with ned caught some shorts switched to tube bait ended up with around 20 with 8 keepers 6lm 2spots and 1 goggle eye. fish were in 8 to 10 foot of water around docks

Got to get out from 9 to 1 before had to go on service call. Caught around 20 all on ned color didn't seam to matter had nine keepers.Fish were 10' or less water temp was 62

Put in at 900 went to mill creek water temp only 46 tried wart,and ned no luck fished till 11 then one trolling motor battery took a dump went to wally world new battery got back out at 200 went to cow water temp 55 found fish on wart,caught 12 only three keepers fishing 8-10 foot or water
