  1. i have had the same thing happen, usually when trolling crank baits, it is funny to hear it from someone else.
  2. There is some talk of a fish kill (mostly walleye) did you see any ?
  3. Dang it ! I was going to try to find some walleye this weekend. Thanks for the info. I am probably stating the obvious: I wonder if it is an oxygen saturation thing. I have done some light reading oxygen saturation and walleye. Any word on where the affect stops ?
  4. How much? Not that this blue collar guy can afford it but you never know. It is beautiful for sure. Is that L3 (Maze creek) in the background? It could be L1?
  5. The Bob Marley tee shirt speaks volumes: What was he doing in the woods? Where did that smile really come from? How did he make such a poor decision? Is this natural selection? Does this guy own a fire arm? These are questions that come to mind.
  6. Had to shave my wife's back.
  7. I think this one is a true story
  8. I recon big fish feed all night under a full or nearly full moon. I am not surprised that the morning bite would still be on. I am just guessing.
  9. Outstanding !
  10. Very nice ! It looks like you might need a helper, for those busy, days.😁
  11. When are you getting one ?
  12. Bottom bouncers 25 ft or so
  13. Coming back from the swimming hole
  14. Camping and playing this weekend with the family. Thought we would try for some of those Tablerock walleye. Pics of myself, my brother, and my future daughter in law.
  15. Dude that is a good one ! What a treasure, river walleye, not many have done that in Missouri, even less in a kayak. Be proud !
  16. My friend Steve, 1st or 2nd drop down through the brush, 1st time ever trying this. It works, you must have good boat control (be able to hover)
  17. It has been a couple years
  18. I have for crappie, it works well vertical jigging in the brush. I use a long shank hook though. I know it sounds counter intuitive, but it work well.
  19. one for the frying pan.
  20. Nice ! You lucky dog !
  21. I haven't been, due to work, but for me the jet ski and wake boats are a enough to keep me away. The night bit should be good with the full moon. 2003 tracker deep v wt will be for sale after the weekend of July 20th. Has nothing to do with this thread but there it is.
  22. Someone should print all this off and put it in a book. Great thread
  23. I have only fished a flutter spoon a little but I fish a 1/2oz 1/4oz Binks jigging spoon year around, in fact it is my go-to bait I guess. I seem to always try it first, I have caught so many species on a spoon. I still have not tried the Dixie Jet but I will someday I will, when my other ones quit working.😁
  24. Awesome !
