If I see someone fishing one of my go to spots I just go a different place, or I will ask if I can fish near them, if the answer is no I just keep moving. I see it as an opportunity to try something new. I have had good luck doing that, I have met some great people and found some new spots, win win.

Awesome! I guess they are shallow.

They work good in 20' of water too. When they won't hit the 1/2 oz go to the 1/4, I think the slower drop is easier for some fish to catch. It has to be the funnest way to fish !

That works great, and you can cover a bunch of ground from one spot. I love that little spoon !

I have shot several gar right in that area, but is was several years ago, were there a lot of gar or just a few? I have been thinking about heading that way some time.

I was able to get on the water for 1/2 day. It was very calm until just before sun set, then the wind kicked up, then I quickly caught 10 drum and and a small walleye on the 1/2 oz White/Florescent Green Back Bink's spoon. This is a new color for me and I like it ! The first walleye was caught on a modified Berkley Pink Perch crawler harness.

In Feb' I saw a family of otters at R' Bluff near dark. Really cool !

swimming crawdad, tadpole, leach, feeding minnow, all in one. They call it prey drive, like one of my rottweilers looking at a chicken walking across the yard

Thank you, I am working 70+ hour for a while I hope to get time to go for the toothy fishes

I am going to put buoys 100' around my boat, and a sign. I am going to make a mobile walleye hot spot.

Most people don't know what 100' looks like. They might as well do away with the law. If you take the buoys down no one will slow down.
