I thought about that but you can’t pump gas at the gas station without electricity. Propane will sell out in hours. I know of two steel companies and one massive heavy civil contractor that are shut down right now because their systems are being held ransom. Plus another large pay and time company shut down. Their customers are without time cards and paychecks. Electric cooperatives could be targets too. I know it all sounds doomsday stuff but my daughter and I are having a good time messing with it.

We were on the Katy trail riding bikes on Xmas and went past this lady with a dog. When that dog saw my wife it lunged, growling and snarling trying to get my wife. The lady holding it barely held on as it drug her probably 6-8 feet. It was a pit bull. She had no control of that dog whatsoever. I don't understand what someone sees in a dog like that.

Well it was a great day to be on the water. Air temp 61 water 51. I went way upstream from where i was yesterday. Water was warmer, fish were not. I had one small one follow a jerker to the boat and had one flopping on the crank for 20 seconds or so. Otherwise....nada again. I talked to a guy working on his bulkhead and he said when they were out gigging they saw very few fish at all. Not just suckers but any kind of fish. It was their worst season ever and his family had that place for the last 25 years. He said they think it's the heavier than normal boat traffic since Covid. I guess I'll got trout fishing.....

Me too. Those are my go to. Last year you couldn’t keep them off a crank. This year I’ve caught more walleye on cranks than Smallies. Except in winter I throw a stick worm a lot.

Growing up we always had dogs. My brothers and sister all have dogs. Me. Never owned one. I’ve never liked them in the house. My wife grew up on a farm with dogs. Animals were outside. I like dogs I just don’t want to own one and definitely not in the house.
