We used these as kids. Tied a pice of bacon on the netting. Used a long pole to set them and pick them. Always flushed em in tubs for a couple days before eating them.
My buddy drove to down to check his in the Gravois. He has an aerator or whatever they call it to the water open but I think he's having trouble due to low water.
Yep that was my experience at Ft Myers, Red tide ruined my last trip. The east coast has a bunch more species in the canals for year round fun seems like. Red fishing is outstanding on the east coast too. Compared to the east coast the west coast isn't as good.
We haven't decided yet. My wife's sister has a house in Ft Myers with a yukon we can use. We might fly in there and drive over. We have plenty of time and are in no hurry.
I've had two buddies go live in florida for several months trying to decide where to retire and both returned. They couldn't afford waterfront like they dreamed of.
I shovel therefore I amš.
After @aarchdale@coresleep.comMentioned it I was thinking about it. I park in the garage so itās not like I even have to walk on it. Itās just what you do when it snows. You shovel the driveway. Crazy!!
