  1. Windyville gave us a look into these crazos. That's why they'll never get my guns....
  2. Read this carefully. It says"you" not "I". If you scratch your butt and don’t smell anything on your fingers do you have Covid or just a really clean butt??
  3. I had to google that dude...... You are sick
  4. Are you drunk again??😄
  5. I don’t know what he did after that. I left. There’s a pay to launch ramp I would use but it’s not on the part of the river I like to fish the most. But he has 4 ramps and I’ve never waited once there. Plus my vehicle is safer. It used to be $5 per day but he went to yearly for $150.
  6. Unless you long arm them they all look smaller than actuality. As long as you are happy that’s all that counts.

  8. Probably heard about your successful tournaments last year and got you blocked😆
  9. Let us know what you hear please.
  10. Pull up to get your boat out and it’s about a 100 degrees. A guy backs down the ramp to put his boat in. Then he gets out and opens the hood takes the battery out of his truck, putting it in his boat, starts the boat, removes the battery from the boat, takes it back to his truck, reinstalls it back in the truck, gets back in the truck backs the boat into the water, gets back in the boat and backs off the trailer, then goes and parks the trailer.
  11. I have a big long handle net. I net them and remove the hook while they are in the net in the water. Then a quick weight in the net and either let em go or a quick pic on the board and slide them right back in. I keep my phone on the seat with the double dap feature to quickly turn on the camera with two taps.
  12. I know that ramp and I feel your frustration. A couple weeks ago at the Branson ramp a guy is blocking the whole entrance to the parking area and my wife says “They’re putting on sunscreen for gosh sake”. A guy was waiting to get out of the parking area with his rig and two of us waiting to get in and to the ramp. I wheeled around and backed through a parking spot and got to the ramp. They gave us the ole stink eye and the other guy waiting did the same thing. We took our time launching and me and the other guy even had a nice chat while the sun boys waited for us😁

  14. Thx! That sounds like a lot of fun.
  15. Did the same thing as yesterday but stayed out till 10 am. Not as good as yesterday but still a lot of fun. I’m staying another week but I have to work so I probably won’t get out unless we get some cloud cover or rain in the afternoon.
  16. Sweet!!!!
  17. I have a custom bamboo 3 weight and an antique Hardee Bros The Flyweight reel I was going to sell on eBay. Maybe I should give a try. I love fishing, period. Just never thought about it until you guys posted about it.

  19. I got up At 3:45 this morning. Knowing that as soon as the sun hit the water the bite would slow substantially. It was dark when I launched the boat and I couldn’t see how deep the trailer was in the water. I hit my brown trout honey hole without a bite. After that I decided to go for numbers. And man they where biting cast after cast for the first hour. Then it slowed to good fishing. Nice 15” plus rainbows. I shook them off as fast as I could. Took pictures of two of them. I didn’t clear my scale so that 17” fish on the board weighed right at two pounds. By 9:30 I was back at the ramp to retie bates and put new line on one of my rods. I’ll be back out early tomorrow too.
  20. I did the same thing on Taney this morning. Got there in the dark knowing the bite would slow once the sun hit that water. Awesome 2 hours!
  21. Aw come on. Post up some pictures.
  22. What’s the story about how you started micro fishing?
  23. A lot of folks use sculpins. An old lady told me a long time ago to use a dead one otherwise a live one will just hide under a rock. She had quite a stringer of fish. Norfork Adam circa 1970’s.
  24. Switched tackle bags to look for bass. I couldn’t get out until the rain quit. I was sitting in meetings just jonesing to be out fishing while it was rainy and overcast. I got to my first spot and caught a couple like this one. They were busting minnows when I got there. Then the sun popped out and the wind died. The next 3 hours were a sightseeing tour. Needed some 6 pound flouro so I stopped at bass pro. The only kind they had bass pro excel. The cheapest flouro on the shelf. 9.99 for 200 yards but I need it bad. I’ll be out early tomorrow.
  25. My experience is the difficult part is finding them not getting them to bite. But weather is a big player. Cloudy and rainy is best.
