  1. How about them St. Louis Rams!!!!
  2. First off, thank you Grace for your work. It's the best news about the Norfork since they outlawed dragging chain. Second, I don't think the fact that some guys fishing around the O2 injector, and didn't catch fish, has anything to do with the viability of the system. I'm curious about your answers to Phil's questions and also the data you collected during your test. I say "NO" to minimun flow until the O2 problem is addressed. Thanks again for your work. When the report is ready, I'd like to see it. SIO3
  3. Bill It's on the Ozark Anglers web page. Click on Ozark Anglers logo in the top, left corner of this page. SIO3
  4. "Without giving too much away I think I can say for the both of us that we came away from this trip with more than we thought we would" You didn't spoon-up with Matt at night did ya ??!!! SIO3
  5. Nice Matt!! I can't wait for the final production. I totally agree about Missouri trout fishing. That's why we see so many out of state tags throughout the ozarks. SIO3
  6. Now that's a good report!!! Thanks Phil. SIO3
  7. I like the idea of a 4 day trip but how much fishing did you actually do? 1200 miles and 27 hours in 4 days doesn't leave much time to fish all those areas. But, you can bet I'll be tuned in to see the final report. Nice!!! SIO3
  8. Laker67 or anybody else Does anybody know of a heated crappie dock at LOZ that a guy could fish for the day? I don't want to stay at a resort, I just want a heated dock to fish from for a day. I'd pay of course. Thanks, SIO3
  9. Okay here it is. It's a 2001 AFF, 21 foot boat with trailer. It has a trolling motor on the front, 2 gas tanks, 4 pedestal seats, battery, and a 2003 9.9 Mercury. It also has a brand new cover. The motor doesn't have hardly any hours and he said no more than 30. When he bought it a couple years ago the whole thing was gone over and it's very well maintained. He even had all the fiberglass touched up at Supreme. It's in very good shape since his bro inlaw never used it. In the past 6 years I don't think it's been in the water 20 times. $5000.00 It is currently stored in Mountain Home and he lives here in St. Louis. Anyone seriously interested can PM me. SIO3
  10. I'll get the info for you guys. Hopefully this morning. SIO3
  11. I couldn't go to Bennett with Flyfishmaster so I went to Busch 28 around 3PM. Fished in the rain and caught em enough to keep it interesting. Seemed like everyone was catching them occasionally and there were 7 people there. It started raining hard enough to flush me out around 4:30. The fish are smaller than last year but they fought well. SIO3
  12. This might help. I have a buddy that has a boat for sale at the storage place on 62 just east of Mountain Home. I don't know the name or the price but it's a 21 foot or so fiberglass river jon. I could find out the details if you guys are interested. I think he is asking less than 5000.00. It has a 9.9 Mergury on it and it probably doesn't have 30 hours on it. My friend bought it from his bro inlaw and he never used it. It's in great shape with a new cover and everything has been maintained. SIO3
  13. Excuse my ignorance, but what the hell does chinass mean. Very nice fish and report though Bman. SIO#
  14. Hey Laker67 Okay, I'll bite. Don't hold me to the year because it was a long time ago. The first time I went it had to be close to the opening season, but I don't think it was opening day that year though. It was Bennett and we checked in at the shed next to the hacthery. I don't think the store was open for the CnR season back then. We had to buy the permit, which I believe was $5 for the season. It was very cold and the wind was blowing pretty hard. I remember my cheeks were chapped we were done. We were the only two that had checked in and we had the place to ourselves. Back then they let go the big females they didn't want to keep over the winter. We caught fish from the get-go and had a bunch of big fish in the mix. We never left the spillway area down to the Bluff Hole, and it was awesome!! When we were done fishing we got back to the truck and my front tire was nearly flat. The MDC guys aired it up at the shed for me and we drove into Lebanon for a fix. We dove home in the rain to St. Lou and talked about how great the day was. I figured at the time, it would always be just us and the fish for the whole winter. SIO3.
  15. That's a good post there boys!! I got out after work and drove through traffic for an hour and a half. SIO3
  16. Thank you Phil. Saved to favorites! SIO3
  17. Anybody but me wondering why they are still generating and the lake is below 915? SIO3
  18. I have to work all weekend so I'm going to try and get over to Busch later today. I'll report what's up later tonight. SIO3
  19. I've called the hotline several times again today and it's always busy. Starting to get like the dam-line at Taney!! Has anyone been able to get through? I've only used a cell phone and maybe it's on the blink. SIO3
  20. The line's been busy all morning. They didn't stock 21 and 28 at Busch? SIO3
  21. That's what I meant to say Bill. SIO3
  22. I can not disagree with you MoCarp. Either way they are still mouth-hooked and, they are considered invasive. The state of IL is paying to have them removed via netting. I might as well help out for free. BTW, big mouth buffalo are much harder to land than an asian. I'm talking 9 foot, 9 weight, with a ten foot section tapered down to 15 pound tippet of flourocarbon.
