Oh ya I love it now. Ribs are turning out perfect now. Did my Turkey this year for Thanksgiving, The wife loves it and said the ribs, chicken and turkey was the best she has had for a very long time. And she is not crazy about ribs. Cooked 3 slabs of ribs several weeks ago. 1 for us, 1 for the son and 1 for the granddaughter. DIL really does not like ribs either and my boy said she really went Hog Wild over the ones I cooked.
I am going to get a smoker tube for a little more smoke. I bought the 820 cover for it and it fits like a glove. Also bought the heat blanket for cooking in the winter months.
As soon as I find a sale on briskets or get back to Texas to buy brisket from HEB store down there, I will be cooking a brisket or 2. Did a pork but that turned out excellent also. Pulled Pork.
