  1. OK didn't know. I know I'll go to the office pick up something look it over. Have been told I wasn't to be reading it. Well don't leave it laying out. oneshot
  2. When I work Security I'm told to Guard. Have no idea what I'm watching but don't try taking it. Went to Jefferson City doing Security over a very small package. All I knew was it was worth a lot of money. oneshot
  3. So if the House Speaker tears up the Presidents State of the Union Address they could go to Jail for destroying a classified document? oneshot
  4. I came home from California. Mowing grass one day, chopping ice for Cows the next. But had just the opposite coming back from Colorado in June. Burned up that Summer. oneshot
  5. My Son is in remission with Çancer. His wife Kristena went to the Hospital in St. Louis where they took tumor off her Liver. Getting ready for Chemo. oneshot
  6. Use to be on the Missouri River could use Nets and such if you had a Commercial License. Some would get their License just to fill their Freezer. Years ago I knew a guy set a trap on Lamine River catch was tub full of Catfish. Not legal but he said he had to figure a way to feed people staying with him. oneshot
  7. Going after Redfish Black Drum Sea Trout Catfish Carp Suckers Drum Rainbows Crappie oneshot
  8. Well had little here at Bennett Springs, maybe 3 inches but it's warm so it won't last long. oneshot
  9. Might be. I know one thing if the lights went out you sure didn't want to grab the last Quail Breast. We had a Picnic Table for regular use. oneshot
  10. Didn't everyone? Truth don't remember. Do remember wading the Sac river Bass fishing and checking limb lines. Road Hunting was riding around Green and Polk counties in the Edsel killing Rabbits, Squirrels and Quail. Picked up Coke bottles for gas money .02 apiece. oneshot
  11. I remember using Pool Cues for Rods back then. Remember wading setting out Limb Lines. oneshot
  12. Well gas went down .10 but still Well over $3. Talked with a Sister there she said it will be Mud Bug season. oneshot
  13. When I was paying to catch Carp they had a Dough Bait there that worked well. I messed up one time bought a 20 pound ticket and caught a 21 pound Carp. Been using my mix for over 60 years and seems to do fine. oneshot
  14. Giggers are using Boats but I'm thinking even that is slowing. I fish for them by Bennett Springs Park. Had some guys from MDC laughing at me. People don't eat them like they use to. oneshot
  15. Well the water is clear and some banks are high. I have hooks and all. The only time I really seen then running was in the Pomme de Terre river. oneshot
  16. When I fished Pomme de Terre river with Night Crawlers I would catch 50/50 Catfish and Carp. If my target is Carp I use a dough bait. Take cup of water bring to a boil, mix in 2 Tablespoons of Molasses, start mixing in Corn Meal until stiff. I always mix little flour in just to make sure. Take mold some on #4 Treble Hook, no weight. Have used 12# Test but dropping down to 8. We shall see. oneshot
  17. I had a guy try to kill me over Snipe hunting. oneshot
  18. Does anyone grab on the Niangua River? I never see anyone but see a lot of Giggers. oneshot
  19. I have hooks for grabbing. Can't wade or ride in a Boat anymore. You can only grab during Snagging Season. Have never had a problem catching them. I might add I have a Rod for Snagging Spoonbill from the bank. oneshot
  20. I use size 6 J Hook with about half a Night Crawler, fish one the bottom. Fixing them. Scale them, filet, score by making cut to but not through the skin. Use seasoned Corn Meal only, make sure you get the Corn Meal between all the cuts, fry Hot. oneshot
  21. I've always used Palomar with heavier line. oneshot
  22. OK we shall see. Will a Clinch Knot hold with 20# ? oneshot
  23. I know use my Drag but I'm SCARED! oneshot
  24. Yes but would 20 be strong enough to hold if I take my time reeling? And really 10 pound to me is too heavy for Panfish and not heavy enough for big fighters. OK I might as well come clean. I use the Medium Action Rods for Carp and I yet have to see one not want to destroy whatever has it. oneshot
  25. Well I had heavier weight on my Rods I took to the Cabin. The heavier Rods I bought were prespooled I wasn't happy with the line but decided leave it. The Medium Action I thought about using them for all around but find they can't handle heavy fighting fish even with the drag. oneshot
