The movie is "difficult" to enjoy. My mother made me read the book. At least it was short.

Good choices all! Let us talk Clint Eastwood. The Unforgiven. Grand Torino. Million Dollar Baby. The Four Seasons. Trouble with the Curve.
  7. Battery Outfitters. Have them install and setup the batteries for the start and troll motor, then buy a lithium for the hungry graphs.
  8. Outstanding!
  9. Every time I come back to this thread, I realize two things. I do not know squat about engines and rebuild. And I totally enjoy reading the progress to a polished turd.
  10. Probably everything that needs saying is above. My personal experience has been Evinrude. That is what I inherited from my father, and what I have had on every boat since, save one. I had a Mercury 2 stroke 25 on my Supreme. I have had Etechs on the last two boats, covering 15 years. Both have had WOT at 5800 +/- rpm. I mostly ran each at 5000 rpm. I had each serviced at manual recommended times (far less than the 4 stroke recommended every year). In fifteen years, the only problem I had was when Ulrich failed to complete connections after a service job. When I brought it back, they admitted their mistake and did not charge me. I was sad to see the announcement that the Evinrude brand was to be discontinued.
  11. Hey James. I did not come. Do you have a PayPal or Venmo where I can send a donation?

    What's Cooking?

Slow cooker cheesy, bacon, ranch potatoes with grilled sausage. Salad on the side.
  13. There is a ramp by the dam, but it is there to serve the river boats floating down. The ramp that is not generation dependent is at Houseman.
  14. Parker Bottom to Beaver town holds thousands of keeper walleye in Feb - early April. The rest of the year is not too bad, either.
  15. I would have been there except for a doctor conflict. Aunts is a great spot as well as Shell Knob-ish. Yes please, do again. I think Bo James has more potential than One Bass.
  16. Don't bother. Those are A rig rods.
  17. I regret too.
  18. Outstanding!
  19. I will not be able to attend. I have surgery scheduled, over my objections, to have skin chunks taken from where skin blemishes tested poorly. Ever tried to argue with a wife/doctor combo? Cancer is the "good" kind, so no fears or chemo. My face may be a bit uglier, though. Have a great time. RIP Bo.
