Toss on smoker. Remove meat from bones, or vise versa, and mix with mayo and relish. Salt & Pepper to taste. Use as spread on crackers. Squeeze fresh lemon juice all about. Stuff with lemon or lay sliced lemon along top side and grill. Stuff cavity with sliced jalepeno, onion and garlic. Grill to perfection.

Agree on that. I know that marina's have been pushing for northerns but the biologist have balked because of the relative rarity of the Neosho. I think OK has stopped stocking smallmouths completely anywhere. Enjoy the Neosho's while you can. Some fool will put some northerns in Grand at some point in time and it will be all over. It won't take long to spoil the mix with their massive migrations.

No problem, it happens. I couldn't agree more about the license. What sucks about it is, there are folks like you and me that have had guns in our hands practically since birth. Proper handling of weapons is such second nature, it does not even require thought. We should be able to just fill out the paperwork and pay for the licesne. But you have others out there that even after the 8 hour course, still don't have a clue of just what they are holding in their hand. They just want the perception of power straped to their side. They have watched too many hollywood movies and they relate that to real life. It is not anywhere near that. I just feel there is a hell of a bunch of people out there that have their papers and shouldn't. But if you think about it, a driver license ain't much different.
