Well when you lay eyes on them doing it, it tends to leave no doubt. I know another hole on up I caught fish, cleaned then there, went back next day seen where Otters had ate my cleanings, couldn't get a bite in that hole for days. Just to let you know back in the '80's I helped stock Otters up North. I was concerned about them, was told there would never be enough to Trap they was more of a novelty. oneshot

Went on the Niangua River to fish one hole. Wasn't getting a bite, then seen dead and dyeing Trout, then seen four Otters working that hole Went on up caught couple nice Rainbows for me and my wife before dark. oneshot

Ok I had our Cabin at Warsaw fixed up so I could stay in comfort. Took stuff out when we moved to Wheatland because didn't justify going there living so close. Now once again we live far enough away to get it fixed back up. Got a Refrigerator, Microwave, and T.V. still need a Heater. oneshot

Yea lot of people catch Small Browns thinking they are Rainbows. You say anything the fish already has its Gills damaged and been on Stringer for awhile, so it is dead anyway. oneshot

I was using Power Bait, had too much weight on, Leaves were giving me fits. Just put on a Split Shot let it float. Was catching Rainbows but they was real small, it started raining I went back to the house. oneshot

Went over to my Sons place to haul Walnuts for my Grandsons. They picked up 600 pounds after hulled. Then I stopped got some worms, went to Sons pond to catch Bluegill, throwed worm out under Float, hooked a Catfish, it got in Cattails broke my line. Well I had heavier Gear and Sonny's Blood Bait. Rigged up, throwed out, wasn't long catching Channel Cats. Looked over there was Rubs all around the pond, he told me to come out and hunt any time. Truth I am considering it, even though it is 50 miles there, at least take Grandson Youth hunt. He does have some acreage he never looks at, I might go over look it over. oneshot

My Sons were going Deer Hunting today over at Barclay. they decided to drop me off to fish in the river. Foggy, Dark and on the cool side. Thought I would put on some Power Bait for Trout wait on it to get light, my Flashlight wasn't wanting to work but I managed . Throw line out, hold on to Rod in the dark but nothing. Come light I baited up two more Rods with Worm. Nothing. Later I tied on a Spinner and was trying it, seen one spot I thought was small fish, seen flash of a Rainbow. Kept trying caught one, lost two of my Spinners. Was rigging up for Power Bait again. The Boys showed, told them I wanted enough Rainbows for a meal, ok. I baited up, reeled Bait into them, didn't take long caught another. Bit later caught another. Had enough, told the Boys lets go. We went over to Lead Mine to see how one Sons Rifle was shooting and he wanted to shoot mine. He couldn't hit at first, told him to settle down and watch what he was doing. He hit the Bull dead center. He says well guess Scope is set on it, told him yelp I set it. Boys manage to see one Doe and do some positive scouting. I caught three Rainbows, had an Eagle hanging out with me all morning and I had bunch of Turkeys by me. oneshot

You can still fish just can't use COE Ramps. Got plenty of places to put in. Besides it would probably take too much Manpower to keep everyone off. oneshot
