Found having too much Pain with my Broke Rib and my other Guns.Thought why not the CVA Double? This be fun,get them in your face. Haven't Field Hunted for years but this is where they are.Field had been disked up so it was Mud Hole.Set Decoys out most 10 yards. Get out there 4:30AM,Pea Soup Fog,I'm just Praying my Gun will fire.Starts getting light,Gobbling across the field.Let them Gobble,later Tree Yelp on Poor Valley Slate,they Loved it.They was Gobbling at Geese,Crows,Hoot Owls,just everything.Then went Dead Silent.Dang someone slipped in on them.Yelp hear a shot. I'm setting there.Look across the field see a Tom in the Fog,he can't see Decoys.Well maybe when the Fog lifts.Fog starts lifting,more Toms and Jakes.Big Tom flies from across the river behind me,lands 5 foot from me,looks me in the face,backs off,out too far,strutting in a mud hole.Won't come in.Gobbles at me but nope. Couple Jakes feeding my way,just don't close enough.I work around get Slate up make couple Yelps,one Jake answered,come a little bit but turned the other way.Well you liked that? Yelp again.He comes.Gets close as I was going to get him,I fire he rolls,Head comes up fire second Barrel he is down for Good. I tell you just taking him with this Gun couldn't have made me any Happier. Thank You for Providing Lord!! oneshot

Ok I will be straight with you.I have been hunting them since September Stand Hunting and Spot and Stalk.I have shot twice killed one Hog. They stay nocturnal,only weakness I've found they need Wallows during Hot weather,if you can put up with sweat rolling off you and many Bugs,you have a pretty good chance.If you can find someone that runs them with Dogs you will have a Good chance. I have a High Fenced place I have hunted Not Guaranteed have never killed a Hog there,did kill a Ram took two days to do it.Seen plenty Hogs just couldn't get everything together for the kill. oneshot

Hey slider what size Jigs you using with them Beetles and do you double up with them?? I went the other day by Handicap Dock and Limited out one day,next day couldn't buy a bite,got tierd went across sat over drowning Minnows caught one Crappie and 5 Whites. oneshot

Hey I think Crappie are just starting,been finding them still little deep and Eggs are not near ready but coming Good to both Jigs and Minnows. Lake was coming down as of yesterday. oneshot
