Parking would be more of a problem than launching, most any road that meets the lake should work.

I think power generation has almost as much to do with lake levels as flood control these days. Water that doesn't go thru the turbine is considered wasted.

I fish regularly out of a buddies Z7, It's a way better built boat than they get credit for, the reputation lingers even after the product changes.

Uni knot works great and is the easiest to tie. I've never had frayed braid come back, I have had the fluorocarbon break right at the knot, but I've never broke at the knot itself. Been using the uni for over 20 years for all applications from hooks, dropshots to leaders.

So far. I'd like to have a crystal ball, things could work out the opposite of popular opinion that Ranger quality will suffer, maybe Nitro's will get better.

Finally broke down and got some real Keitechs to see what the fuss is about. What is the prefered rigging this time of year, open hook jighead, under-spin, or a swimbait hook?
