  1. most anglers are great people way more than the bad few, now pleasure boaters they seem to have more than their share of bad manners, good be the drinking factor IDK ...
  2. people are just people some cool and easy to get along with , others selfish and rude the art of hiding the fish you catch is an art form quickly learned, always land the fish on the opposite side of the boat so prying eyes can't tell. a2 + b2 = c2 or τόξο αλιεία χάλια hmmmm good idea....but you might find those pics on the people of the Ozarks on youtube yep people can be pretty pushy till they realize they are in range of a 4oz distance lead
  3. Winning hearts and minds with every post*
  4. as far as stocking carp, why would I spend my money when you can get the state to pony up? imagine 70k quality english bloodline mirror carp stocked in TR with one fish per day none over 26" like the current CT trophy carp regulation? wouldn't that be a slap your momma moment?
  5. i'd bet that won't stink as long as this did.... lets see, bunch of dead bait vs 2000 pounds of stupidity,
  6. sad this awesome lure will be gone
  7. those jigs are the bomb just saying
  8. I get people sending me fish dumps from Bfers all the time really stinks it up, I guess a long night shooting and drinking its easier to drive by dump than clean fish, not like anyones eating fish in a barrel after a long night in summer heat
  9. trees can be an issue....be safe as last thing you want is get jammed up in current, ..that being said great fishing in that stretch, big crappie in the shaded brush, smallies, in rocky riffle areas... largemouth in the slow sections of holes, prob catch some catfish on lures, tiny Torpedos on top, a catch all is big beetle spins, I know its an old lure but will catch keeper crappie and 5# bass, rebel craws for SMB the water will have some color to it, we might have some rain in the next couple of days and it can stain the water
  10. I knew a guy that gets on this forum that has been using an ex G-Friend's G-Paw's name to have a hunting/trapping/fishing license because he has been in arrears of child support for over a decade...he has no drivers license as well, next year I guess he's screwed!....when you see people caught without a license 90% its because they can't get one for this reason and when the CO looks at ID they are busted.....
  11. weather fixing to get bad, stay safe
  12. fertile to make world record class walleyes and brown trout so there is that pics or it didn't happen😎 as far as genetic hanky panky, if you call breeding bass that have the parents to grow to double digits, then thats as natural as it gets, triploid brows not withstanding, bass over time have been breeding down because of man, big fish get taken out of the enviroment faster so there is that, if something isn't done you will remember fondly those days TR had 8-9# bass or you will smile at the 12#ers take you choice
  13. I would, but already have plans.....I plan on getting a new long rod soon....but don't think I want to start up tying flies again, did that a lot in my teens and early 20's......never could master deer hair poppers or mice, but loved catching bass on them
  14. sad...
