You are right. The a rig played a big part in this. I am not a big fan of the a rig. I dont throw it. Some of the boats i saw at the dock had five hooks showing. We went out of k c .
I went out of aunts to day also. Went up the james about 2 miles or so and got nothing. Not a hit. Dropped back to kc and picked 2 with one being 17 inch. Not a good day for me. Guess i did not go far enough up.
I also was fishing alone becouse the wife would never want to go so i just about gave it up. So instead gave up the wife. Found a new wife that enjoys going with me weather she fished or not. Some times she will just take a book and read while i fish. I love my time with her
I drop them on carpet, while bending over. At the most 24 to 36 inch drop. Do you really think they should of broken. I would of paid had it of been 6 or 8 months after having them. But one week. I think not. But if other people have had good luck with them, more power to ya.
I will never have another pair. The wife gave me a pair. First trip out dropped them on the deck of boat, one of the lenses broke. Sent them in for repair , wanted to charge me for new lenses. Was less than 1week old. Needless to say i still have a broken pair and i do not recommend anyone to buy them. JUST SAYING.
Champ 188. I want to thank you for all the kind words. At the end of the day , for me its all about what I get out of helping the kids. I wish I could do more. I started that tournament back in 2000. At that time they had a team USA V TEAM CANADA. I want to make it on the usa team. Two years later I did. That's when i got involved with the kids and have been each year after. Its a good feeling to have when kid come up and say thanks. AGAIN THANKS FOR THE KID WORDS.
